husband went with 2 other couples to a luxury beach resort. i had to stay because i couldnt get those days off. he actually stayed a day and a half longer than what he told me because you can only access the place by boat and he missed the 2 boats avalible the day he was supposed to leave. It is driving me crazy because he cheated on me like 4 months ago. i know we needed time apart but this is driving my crazy because i dont know if someone is sleeping with him during this week. He left me the cell phone so i cant call him. im developing a nervous tick in my eye from the stress. i even got jolted awake this morning because i had a nightmare he was sleeping with someone else during his trip. are these signs or something? i dont know how to react when he finally comes home. im just so angry right now. any advice?

It seems like everyone in the US has an MP3 Player or iPod….I hear these were harder to purchase in Jamaica. Is it because of the economy? Exporting them to Jamaica is limited so they are not readily available? Is it even true? I am still puzzled what to bring a few people when I go on vacation, they work at one of the resorts and they MADE OUR TRIP during our last visit and in additional to tipping I wanted to provide them a little extra “something”. Planning a Spring or Summer 2011 Vacation. What would be suitable for a mom (41) and her son (17)? Palm Aire resort vacation…should I go?

So my fiance and I was offered to go on vacation with my aunt and uncle to palm aire flordia and stay in a resort. we were really wanting to go because the only thing we have to pay for the whole week is gas to get there and our food….which is really good and cheap! I was doing some research on google about it and within the past month the have had a lot of reports of bed bugs. that’s really nasty. I just want some opinions…would you go or stay?

I’ve got a bunch of Marriott Rewards points (200,000) and Starwood points (100,000) that I’d like to use for a trip. It will be for my family or maybe just my wife and I. We definitely prefer tropical locations, but probably limited to US/Mexico/Caribbean locations. Any suggestions on the best resorts to consider? We’re looking for a great hotel and a good deal. Hello, we want to go somewhere decent for our honeymoon. We haven’t had the opportunity to travel much but I was looking at All Inclusives in Jamaica and the DR. Out of the two, which one would you recommend?

Also for the resorts, we are looking at the following:
into Punta Cana (Gran Bahia Principe Ambar Don Pablo Collection (Adults Only), NH Real Arena, or Grand Oasis Punta Cana) or Puerto Plata (Sun Village Resort and Spa)…

We looked at some places in Jamaica such as the Gran Bahia Principe (Runaway Bay, Jamaica), Holiday Inn Sunspree Montego Bay (although this seems more like a family resort), or Riu Ochos Rios (Montego Bay, Jamaica).

Any honest feedback would be appreciated.

PS if you know where we can find a killer deal for an all inclusive for our honeymoon, feel free to recommend that as well. We really want to stay at around $800 per person for 1 week and will be traveling September 13- September 20, 2009.
