Im planning a trip next year for im 26th b-day, and yes my first n only choice is Jamaica. The problem is, is that i have heard horror stories about women who go to Jamaica alone or with another friend and their never seen again. My view about the whole thing is that the women go to Jamaica and they see how laid back it is and they never want to return home. Like for example, two women went to a resort in negril and one of the women met an employee of the resort or a rent-a-dread and the next morning when it was time for her and her friend to return to america, she couldn’t find her. The U.S has done everything to locate her whereabouts in Jamaica, but it seems she just vanished off the face of the earth. This somewhat bothers me because i know that i have a weakness for jamaican men and i proberly will end up like her. My best friend said i shouldn’t have a problem because she went by herself. but im like ” u have family in jamaica of course nothing is going to happen to you!!!!!!!

Hi,so my husband and I are going back to Hedonism3 in Jamaica this will be my 5th and his 7th visit to this resort.So no one asks why return to somewhere we’ve been the answer is we want to vacation with adults only we want to be able to do what we want when we want where we want feel me?Also it’s nice to return and spend time where we got married makes us remember how far we’ve come as a couple.I have done plenty of things over the years for him at this resort but I’m out of ideas at this point.Please when you give me advice keep in mind it has to be something I can purchase here at home and carry with me.It is things I can get at the resort but I like to be prepared I hate running around collecting needed items on vacation that’s time we can send together.What would you give your spouse of 7 years for Valentines day?
I live in Florida and have always wanted to stay at the Polynesian Resort at Disney in Orlando but it is so expensive like $300 and up a night. When is it cheaper to stay there?I do not want to stay any where else on the property. It is a goal of mine, but I don’t want to break the bank in the process.

I love to travel and i do it with my family (husband & 2 kids) at least 4 times per year. we are a black middle class family. i usually like to choose moerate-luxury resorts.NO MoTELS! I would like to go to a nice vacation spot that is ethnically diverse. i am asking this because we usually end of making up the 1% of black people at a resort. sometimes i care, sometimes i dont. and the only reason i do care is b/c white people stare at us like they have never seen blacks before or give us the “why are you here” look, or the “im just gonna ignore you b/c you dont exist” look.
so i guess i am looking for a either a mixed vacation area or a “black friendly” place.
btw- i have already been to disney many times and i know the islands are usually great. but i would love to be able to stay in the USA sometimes! any ideas? suggestions? thanks!
I am a 13 year old boy. My older sister is 15. My younger sister is 9. We were thinking of going to Jamaica. I was thinking of going to Sandals Beach resort and Spa. And I was also thinking of going to Negril, but then my dad said they had alot of night clubs and strip clubs and stuff.

my family likes REALLLY good quality hotels (fancy.) They also want a resort with stuff to do. (they do not care much about the price)

We are looking to go to a good resort with decent runs but need it fairly cheap and also somewhere with decent snow (obviously) because the resorts are suffering this year in Europe.

I am about to book a trip to the Riu Palace Resort in Aruba. It claims to be an all inclusive resort, all meals and drinks included. It seems to good to be true that a Hotel would let guests drink for free as that could add up to a large tab. Should I be skeptical or is this common practice?
I would like to take a trip with my family this summer to fiji. We love to stay at all inclusive resorts. I have teenage daughters, a college aged son, and a husband who loves scuba diving. What would be the best resort for us in Fiji?
