I am looking for a hotel or condo or resort on a nice beach in Alabama. I have never been to Alabama but heard there are some wonderful beaches around gulf shores and orange beach. I am looking to pay $80 a night or less and would like to be able to walk to the beach easily. I just need 1 bed for 2 people. We are planning on going Aug 26th-29th.
Anyone ever stay in one such as the one I am describing?

March 15 2010 it’s moving to Palm Beach and will be traveling to the Grand Bahamas Island instead of Nassau, we just took the cruise to Nassau Feb 17 2010 had a great time and this was a time share package thru Ramada Resorts, Imperial Majesty and Caribbean Cruise Lines all the same people and same address how do i know because i bought a package thru each one and six of us just went on the trip. Had a great time, i priced it out individually and thru the packages we did the trip for less than half the price. Bought a time share 5 min’s from Port Everglades not a high priced one but a resale for dirt cheap with 3 weeks every year. Can’t wait till next year.
yes it not the oasis of the seas but for price it was well worth it. and yes we went looking for a time share but didn’t buy their expensive one we bought one for under $5000 with 3 weeks every year and that my friend is a good deal.

I am taking my two daughters 21 & 19 to Fl for a vacation in June. I have a reservation at One Bal harbour Resort and the Shore Club in So. Beach. I know they would love nightclubs and shopping. I just like to enjoy the pool and beach. Of the two what is recommended?
Grand Cayman vacation: stay at Westin Casuarina or Marriott Beach Resort?

I am going on vacation to the Grand Caymans in May, but I am having trouble deciding on where to stay. I am in a wedding for the first three days and staying at the Westin Casuarina with the bridal party. I intended on staying there the next three nights, but I am just apprehensive about the cost. Those island resorts really add on the taxes! It is a FIVE-star hotel though, plus I would earn double points through my credit card b/c they are affiliates. So I looked at other places and the Marriott Resort is a 4-star hotel also on the beach. I could get a package with free breakfast by staying there, but no extra points. If I decide on the Westin, I would qualify for a $75 food/drink voucher.
Has anyone stayed at either or both of these resorts and could give their feedback? I’d appreciate any. Thanks!

A few years ago, i went to a resort in Punta Cana, and the coral reef was about a mile away from the shore, which led to stifling hot temperatures, and barely any ocean breeze. Does anyone know what the conditions are like at NH Royal Beach?? Thanks!

How is transportation? I saw on the resort map that there are busses within the resort, does this make going to the park extra complicated and long? You gotta take a bus to go to the busses, lol.
