where would you say is the best (cheap) vacation spot?

I’m looking for an exotic, hot, sunny place with beautiful beaches. I’m also looking for a excellent resort, ALL INCLUSIVE, food, alcoholic beverages, room ratings, all to be at least 4 star and under 1500$.. I want a good partying district near our resort and perhaps a city.. ! know im picky, but I want an amazing vacation!

    The Philippines, like in Boracay, Davao, Cebu, Bohol, Subic, Palawan and many more islands.
